What's it all about?

We are small scale farmers. By that we mean that we run a garden farm on a 40 hectare (100 acre) property near the village of Gundaroo in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia. We farm vegetables and free range poultry and market our produce directly to subscription customers and restaurants. The vegetables are seasonal with the exception of the gourmet saladini which is a small leafed salad mix produced year round - outside in the spring, summer and autumn and in polytunnels in deep winter. The farm/food connection and educating people about it is an abiding interest. Eggs from our pastured poultry are available all year.
